Clear My Cache - HELP!

After a major update, if you encounter an issue, you may have to clear your cache.  We recommend clearing your cache as the first step for resolving visual or programming issues in the platform.  Reference our help doc below for steps on how to clear the cache of your browser. If clearing your cache does not resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
